Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak suffers minor stroke on way home

Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak is on his way home from a minor stroke, according to US media reports.

Mr. Wozniak, 73, told ABC News that an MRI scan confirmed he suffered the stroke while attending the World Business Forum in Mexico City. He was rushed to the hospital after collapsing at the conference.

Wozniak, a Silicon Valley veteran, co-founded Apple in 1976 with Steve Jobs and invented the first Apple computer. Apple went on to become the world’s most valuable company.

Wozniak is an outspoken advocate for the responsible development and use of artificial intelligence (AI). He warned that AI could be used to create more sophisticated scams and called for regulation of the technology.
